Cherri’s Macaroni Salad Recipe
My mother Cherri
Savory, not sweet, is what makes this macaroni salad stand out. Most grocery store macaroni salads are so sweet you might as well have them for dessert. I’ll have to double check with my Dad, but I think my Mom got this recipe from my Dad’s mother when they got married. One things for sure, this became my Mom’s signature macaroni salad, one that has ruined it for me for any other macaroni salad out there, especially grocery store ones. Sweet macaroni? yuk! Well, no offense if you like sweet macaroni salad, but try this salad and you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
