Korean Crystal Noodles Recipe
Simply prepared with simple ingredients, this Korean Crystal Noodles Recipe is light and hearty at the same time. Yum!
One of my favorite dishes at Korean restaurants. Probably because most Korean food is either super spicy or super sweet. This dish balances it all out.
I love trying to recreate restaurant dishes, sometimes with dramatic failure and sometimes with complete success. I’d call this one a complete success. It was so simple to create and tasted so good. I think you will love it.
