Marinated Pork for Chinese Stir Fry Recipe

This recipe is a base for other recipes.  You will see this used in chinese stir fry recipes, soup, noodles and tofu recipes.  For $4.49, I will make 3-4 dishes.

Marinated Pork for Chinese Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 2lb Pork (diced or thick ground)
  • 1/2 cup Light Soy Sauce
  • 1/8 cup Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1/8 cup Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Dry Cilantro (or 1 Tbl Cilantro Paste)

Directions

Step 1
In large bowl, mix together all ingredients except pork and combine well. Add pork. Cover and refrigerate. Use throughout the week for all your stir fry needs.
