Smoked Corn on the Cob Recipe

Simplicity at it’s best with this Smoked Corn on the Cob Recipe. I have several ways that I make corn. This is the second easiest way to make perfect corn (first is to microwave it in it’s husks).

Smoked Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

  • Corn (husks removed)
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions

Step 1
Preheat smoker to 350 degrees. Rub olive oil on corn and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Smoke for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

      I usually use apple or a traeger blend made for Costco. (Pellets)

      just on the grill, but can be a foil pan if you like. the grill will give it more color

    I have an electric smoker , the max heat is 275* , should I add another 10-15 minutes or more ?? I’d like to try it his weekend
