Chinese Orange Pork Stir Fry Recipe is a simple and easy stir fry for your weeknight dinner.
Chinese Orange Pork Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 1/2 Onion (cut into large pieces)
- 3/4 cups Peppers (mixed color: red, green, yellow, orange)
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1lb Marinated Pork (*See Notes for Recipe)
- 2 heaped tablespoons Cornstarch
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup Panda Orange Sauce

In large pan or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of oil on high. Cook onions and peppers in oil for about 3-5 minutes, or until onions are soft. Do not brown onions, turn the temperature down if needed to prevent browning. |

Add 1/4 cup vegetable oil to the pan and heat on high. While oil is heating up, combine the marinated pork with the cornstarch. Add meat mixture to the oil and stir fry until brown and crispy. Add back the onion/pepper mixture and the orange sauce. Cook, stirring constantly, until bubbly. |

Ingredients
- 2lb Pork (diced or thick ground)
- 1/2 cup Light Soy Sauce
- 1/8 cup Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1/8 cup Sesame Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon White Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 2 teaspoons Dry Cilantro (or 1 Tbl Cilantro Paste)

In large bowl, mix together all ingredients except pork and combine well. Add pork. Cover and refrigerate. Use throughout the week for all your stir fry needs. |
