Ingredients
- 2/3 cups Soy Sauce (Light)
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1/4 cup Honey
Chicken
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce (Light)
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/8 cup Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Hot Chile Oil (Chinese style)
- 12 Chicken Drumsticks (bone-in)

Step 1

Whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and hot oil. Dip chicken in mixture and place on roasting pan. Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165 degrees. Continue to step 2 while chicken is cooking |

In small sauce pan, heat wine to a boil. In small bowl, mix together soy sauce and cornstarch. Add soy sauce mixture and honey to wine. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer for about 1 minute. Remove from heat. |

When chicken is done, remove from oven and either brush with sauce, or dip chicken in the sauce. Serve with rice and vegetables. |

White wine, sherry, Mirin… they all will work. 🙂
