A classic Polish dinner, Pork & Sauerkraut go so well together. Throw in the polish sausage and it’s perfect.
I’m going back to my roots this week and cooking some polish fare. My husband and son aren’t too thrilled, but I love sauerkraut. With natural pro-biotics, it is great for your digestion system.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2lb Sauerkraut (drained)
- 1 can Beer
- 1/2 Onion (diced)
- 1-2lb Polska Kielbasa/Polish Sausage
- 1lb Pork Shoulder Country Style Ribs (bone-in)
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 Bay Leaves

Step 1 | |
Put all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours. Remove bay leaf before serving. That's it. YUM! | |

Don't have a crockpot? No worries, cook it on the stove. Bring it to a boil, cover, reduce heat to a low simmer, and cook on the stove for 3 hours. |
