- 1 1/2lb Sauerkraut (drained)
- 1 can Beer
- 1/2 Onion (diced)
- 1-2lb Polska Kielbasa/Polish Sausage
- 1lb Pork Shoulder Country Style Ribs (bone-in)
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 Bay Leaves
|Put all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours. Remove bay leaf before serving. That's it. YUM!|
|Don't have a crockpot? No worries, cook it on the stove. Bring it to a boil, cover, reduce heat to a low simmer, and cook on the stove for 3 hours.|
