Smoked Portobello Mushrooms are the best way to eat portobellos. You can have them as a main course as a substitute for meat, or just alongside your regular dinner. Something about the smokiness of the mushrooms just calls to me.

- Garlic Olive Oil
- Garlic Salt
- Oregano

Rub olive oil, salt and oregano over cleaned mushrooms. Smoke at 225 degrees for one hour. Serve warm or cold. |
