In a large bowl, lightly beat the eggs with the salt and green onions.
Prepare a large flat frying pan by eating it on medium heat and adding a light frying oil (I like light olive oil).
Dip the tortilla in the egg mixture and cover completely. Let drain for a second then add to the hot oil carefully. Cook until lightly browned and bubbly, then turn and cook the other side. Remove from heat and Enjoy!
