Blue Crab Salad Recipe

Move over tuna salad, the new game in town is Blue Crab Salad!  I love this and it is great to have any day of the week.  Sometimes I have it over lettuce, other times in a sandwich, I’ve even been known to mix it with macaroni. Delicious for lunch or dinner, and super easy. My favorite way to serve this is on a french roll with avocado and tomato.


Blue Crab Salad Recipe

Give me blue crab salad any day. Sometimes I have it over lettuce, other times in a sandwich. A delicious lunch or dinner, and super easy.

Ingredients

  • 1  cup mayonnaise
  • 1  teaspoon vinegar
  • 1  teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1  tablespoon Dried Parsley flakes (or 2 Tbl fresh parsley)
  • 1  celery stalk (diced)
  • 3  green onions (diced)
  • .5  cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1  lb blue crab (drained)

Directions

Step 1
Mix together everything except the crab. Fold in the crab being sure to leave the crab lumpy. Serve over lettuce in your salad or on bread as a sandwich. I like to put it on a french roll with avocado and tomatoes.
