Looking for a hands off pasta dish? It almost doesn’t get easier than this. I had never done feta in my pasta before, and once I tried it I became hooked. This Feta Pasta with Meatballs Recipe is a variation of that TikTok pasta that was all the craze during the pandemic.
In a glass baking dish, brush or spray with oil. Add the tomatoes and drizzle with olive oil. Top with salt & pepper. Add the crumbled feta cheese and then the meatballs.
Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Cook the pasta while the sauce is baking.
Once the meatballs are cooked and the tomatoes have burst, remove from the oven and smash and mix together. Pour over the pasta, stir and serve.
