Move over tuna salad, the new game in town is Blue Crab Salad! I love this and it is great to have any day of the week. Sometimes I have it over lettuce, other times in a sandwich, I’ve even been known to mix it with macaroni. Delicious for lunch or dinner, and super easy. My favorite way to serve this is on a french roll with avocado and tomato.
Blue Crab Salad

Give me blue crab salad any day. Sometimes I have it over lettuce, other times in a sandwich. This is a delicious lunch or dinner, and it’s super easy too.
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley flakes (or 2 Tbl fresh parsley)
- 1 Celery Stalk (diced)
- 3 Green Onions (diced)
- .5 cup Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
- 1lb Blue Crab (drained)
|Mix together everything except the crab. Fold in the crab being sure to leave the crab lumpy. Serve over lettuce in your salad or on bread as a sandwich. I like to put it on a French roll with avocado and tomatoes.|
