This is one of my go to recipes for weeknights. This Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe is super easy and doesn't take many ingredients. It is great as a side dish to chicken.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon cilantro paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (lite)
- .5 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 egg
- 1.5 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 3 cups cooked rice (3-4 cups)
- 3 tablespoons oil (olive is my preferred)
Optional
- 1 tablespoon sherry
omg…I am not a big fan of fried rice but this rice is so so good…its very easy to make and takes not time at all…
