I won 2nd place for my tri-tip!!!
I’ll post more details of the competition later, but for the quick stats, out of 19 teams:
– 2nd place for my tri-tip
– 4th place overall
– 11th place for my chicken
– I received the a perfect score by one judge for my tri-tip
I will post my recipes (no secrets here) probably next week.
