  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1/3 cup Garlic Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dish Ditty's Chicken Rub (*See recipe in notes)

Recipe for Dish Ditty's Chicken Rub

Step 1
Clean & pat dry chicken with a paper towel removing any excess moisture.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine vinegar, honey, olive oil and chicken rub. Rub all over the chicken, inside & out... even rub some under the skin.
Step 3
Put whole chicken into crockpot and cook for about 2 hours on high. Test chicken at about 1 1/2 hours just in case. Depending on the size of your chicken, it will take between 1.5 and 3 hours to cook. You will want the temperature of the chicken to be 165 at the thigh and 160 at the breast. Remove from the crockpot when the chicken is fully cooked
Step 4
Let rest for 10 minutes and then slice and serve.
