Hamburger Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1lb Ground Beef (93% lean)
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 cup Diced Onions
- 2 tablespoons Better than Bouillon Beef
- 2 teaspoons Dry Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Dry Parsley Flakes
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/4 cup Red Wine
- 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup (10 oz each)
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 cups Sour Cream
Directions

In large 5-quart fry pan (chicken fryer), brown the beef with garlic salt and pepper. | |

Add the red onions and cook until red onions are soft. | |

Add better than bouillon, dry mustard, dry parsley, and paprika and mix well. Add the wine and cook until wine is mostly gone. | |

Add the mushroom soup. Use the milk to rinse out the cans and add it to the mixture. Cook until bubbly. | |

Stir in the sour cream and bring back up to a boil. Reduce heat and keep on low until ready to serve. Serve over egg noodles. |
