Marinated Pork for Chinese Stir Fry Recipe

This recipe is a base for other recipes.  You will see this used in chinese stir fry recipes, soup, and noodle recipes and tofu recipes.  For $4.49, I will make 3-4 dishes.


  • 2 lbs thick ground pork
  • 1/2 cup light soy sauce
  • 1/8 cup Seasoned Rice Vinegar
  • 1/8 cup Sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp dry cilantro


In large bowl, mix together all ingredients except pork and combine well.  Add pork.  Cover and refrigerate.  Use throughout the week for all your stir fry needs.
