- 2 lbs thick ground pork
- 1/2 cup light soy sauce
- 1/8 cup Seasoned Rice Vinegar
- 1/8 cup Sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp dry cilantro
In large bowl, mix together all ingredients except pork and combine well. Add pork. Cover and refrigerate. Use throughout the week for all your stir fry needs.
