Making wonton soup at home is easier than you think. Great for just an afternoon snack, an appetizer for a party, or just use as your lunch.
In a soup pot, heat to boiling chicken broth, soy sauce, sherry, and white pepper. Reduce heat to a low boil and add the wontons. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the wontons are cooked. Serve topped with green onions and cilantro.
