Easy Baked Parmesan Crusted Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
- 1 1/2lb Chicken Tenders (about 12 pieces)
- 1 cup Cornflake Crumbs
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (Shredded or Grated)
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Pesto (optional)
- Pam Cooking Spray
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. | |

Bowl 1: Mix together the milk & pesto. If you don't have pesto, just leave it out. | |

Bowl 2: Mix together cornflake crumbs, garlic powder, oregano, basil, black pepper & parmesan cheese. | |

On a large cookie sheet, lay down a piece of aluminum foil. Spray the foil with Pam. | |

Take a piece of chicken, dip it in the milk, then into the crumb mixture to coat well. Lay the chicken pieces evenly onto the aluminum foil. | |

When all chicken is on the cookie sheet, place it in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked to 170 degrees. Serve hot and with a Marinara Sauce, if desired. |
