Garlic Rice

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Garlic Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 3 cups Basmati Rice (uncooked)
- 2 tablespoons Garlic (minced)
- 3 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 cups Water
- 1 tablespoon Parsley Paste (or 1/4 bunch fresh chopped)
Directions
Step 1 | |
In large pan, heat garlic olive oil and butter until butter is melted. | |

Add basmati rice and cook until rice is lightly toasted. | |
Step 3 | |
Add the garlic, parsley, chicken broth and water. Bring to a boil. | |
Step 4 | |
Cover and reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. | |
Step 5 | |
Remove from heat and keep covered for 5-10 minutes. Fluff and serve. |
