1 tablespoon Knorr Tomato Bouillon with Chicken (Caldo de Tomato Pollo)
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Salt
Heat oil and butter in a large pan with a lid. Add the remaining ingredients and cook on high until they start to brown. You don't want to burn the potatoes. Instead, you just want them to have a little bit of color. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are fully cooked. Uncover and serve.
