Pork Chow Mein

Ingredients
- 1/2 bunch Green Onions (cut up)
- 1/2 Napa Cabbage (cut up)
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil (divided)
- 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil (divided)
- 2 cups Marinated Diced Pork (see notes for recipe)
- 3 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Spare Rib Sauce
- 2 Packages Fresh Thick Chow Mein or Pancit Noodles
- 3 tablespoons Lo Mein Sauce

Directions
Step 1 | |
In a large wok or pan, heat vegetable oil and sesame oil. Add vegetables and a couple dashes of salt. Cook until vegetables are soft. Either remove or just scoot to the side of the pan, leaving the center to cook the pork. | |

Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Heat and add the drained marinated pork. Cook pork, stirring constantly, until it is about 1/2 way cooked and starting to brown. | |
Step 3 | |
Add the spare rib sauce and continue cooking, stirring constantly, until browned. | |
Step 4 | |
Mix the vegetables with the pork and cook for another 1-2 minutes. | |
Step 5 | |
Add in the noodles and cook, stirring/tossing constantly for 1 minute. | |
Step 6 | |
Add the lo mein sauce and cook stirring/tossing continuously for 5 minutes (if noodles are fresh/uncooked or 2 minutes if noodles are cooked). |
