  • 1/2 bunch Green Onions (cut up)
  • 1/2 Napa Cabbage (cut up)
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil (divided)
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil (divided)
  • 2 cups Marinated Diced Pork (see notes for recipe)
  • 3 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Spare Rib Sauce
  • 2 Packages Fresh Thick Chow Mein or Pancit Noodles
  • 3 tablespoons Lo Mein Sauce

Marinated Pork for Chinese Stir Fry

Step 1
In a large wok or pan, heat vegetable oil and sesame oil. Add vegetables and a couple dashes of salt. Cook until vegetables are soft. Either remove or just scoot to the side of the pan, leaving the center to cook the pork.
Step 2
Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Heat and add the drained marinated pork. Cook pork, stirring constantly, until it is about 1/2 way cooked and starting to brown.
Step 3
Add the spare rib sauce and continue cooking, stirring constantly, until browned.
Step 4
Mix the vegetables with the pork and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Add in the noodles and cook, stirring/tossing constantly for 1 minute.
Step 6
Add the lo mein sauce and cook stirring/tossing continuously for 5 minutes (if noodles are fresh/uncooked or 2 minutes if noodles are cooked).
