1 tablespoon Olive Oil (I prefer Extra Light)
4 Baby Bok Choy (Rinsed and butts cut off)
1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 tablespoon Better than Bouillon Chicken (or 1/2 cup chicken broth)
Note: Do not add water. There is enough liquid from the bok choy that water is not needed.
Heat large skillet on medium-high to high heat. Add oil and heat for about 10-20 seconds. Add Remaining Ingredients and stir and cook for about 2-3 minutes or until the bok choy is how you like it. Serve immediately.
