Now that summer is in full swing, we are going to picnics, BBQs and parties almost every weekend. This is one of my favorite salads to bring since it can be a side dish or a full meal.

Guest Ditty Judy returns with her weeknight homemade Macaroni & Cheese recipe. I’ve had this many times at her house and is 10x better than any boxed version. I still love my mom’s Mac & Cheese too, but this one stands up to it.

This was my attempt at getting my toddler to eat his vegetables. It is a hit with both kids and adults alike. The vegetables are well hidden, yet they add additional flavor to the mac & cheese. Can be served as a stovetop dish, or baked.

Savory, not sweet, is what makes this macaroni salad stand out. Most grocery store macaroni salads are so sweet you might as well have them for dessert.
