Ingredients
- Chinese Broccoli
- Soy Sauce
- Oyster Sauce
- Vegetable Oil
- Water
Directions
Step 1 | |
Wash vegetables and cut off ends. I like to cut the broccoli at the stem so that the pieces aren’t so big when trying to eat them. Pat the broccoli dry with a couple paper towels.
Step 2 | |
In large wok or pan, heat oil. Add vegetables to pan and cook for about 2 minutes, adding a tablespoon of water, if needed. Vegetables should be bright green and slightly wilted. Remove from pan and place on plate. Pour a little bit of soy sauce over the vegetables and then drizzle the oyster sauce over the vegetables.

That’s it! Serve it up! |
