Served cold or hot, these green beans are the perfect addition to your holiday meals.
In large pot, cook green beans in water for 5-10 minutes (depending on how you like your green beans cooked).
In small bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, mustard and green onions.
When green beans are done, drain them and toss with the vinaigrette mixture in step 2.
Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve as a cold green bean side dish.
