Served cold or hot, these green beans are the perfect addition to your holiday meals.
Ingredients
- 1lb Green Beans (washed and trimmed)
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Country Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup Green Onions (chopped)
Directions
Step 1 | |
In large pot, cook green beans in water for 5-10 minutes (depending on how you like your green beans cooked). | |
Step 2 | |
In small bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, mustard and green onions. | |
Step 3 | |
When green beans are done, drain them and toss with the vinaigrette mixture in step 2. | |
Step 4 | |
Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve as a cold green bean side dish. |
