My sister altered my mom’s shrimp dip recipe and turned it into a dip for the shrimp, instead of a dip with shrimp in it. The presentation is elegant and the dip is great with shrimp, vegetables and crackers.
Shrimp Dip

Ingredients
- 4oz whipped cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 lemons (juice only)
- 1 tablespoon tabasco
- 1/2 onion (grated)
- 1/2 cup Heinz's Chili Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 4oz crème fraîche
- 4 tablespoons horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon old bay
- salt & pepper (to taste)

Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Refrigerate for one hour and serve with cooked shrimp and vegetables. |
