Double Chocolate Pumpkin Brownie Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 box Brownie Mix
- 1 Egg
- 1 can Pumpkin Puree (NOT PUMPKIN PIE FILLING!)
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1-2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Spray cookie sheet with pam spray, use non-stick aluminum foil, or use parchment to prevent cookies from sticking. Place by spoonful onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked. |
