This really is not much, just wanted to write it down for my son when he eventually goes off on his own. Can be made easily in a toaster oven for those college dorms.
In small bowl, beat eggs with salt.
Sprinkle Chicken with Garlic Salt.
Layout some tinfoil onto baking sheet and spray with pam.
Dip chicken in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs. Place on tinfoil lined baking sheet. Spray the top with pam.
Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Time depends on the thickness of the chicken breasts. Chicken should read 165 degrees.
