A little sweet, a little salty, these drumsticks are beautiful and tasty.
Whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and hot oil. Dip chicken in mixture and place on roasting pan. Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165 degrees. Continue to step 2 while chicken is cooking
In small sauce pan, heat wine to a boil. In small bowl, mix together soy sauce and cornstarch. Add soy sauce mixture and honey to wine. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer for about 1 minute. Remove from heat.
When chicken is done, remove from oven and either brush with sauce, or dip chicken in the sauce. Serve with rice and vegetables.
