It’s hard to stay low carb and watch your friends and family eat pizza. Now, you can make your own and be a happy camper eating your low carb pizza that you made yourself. The best part? It’s quick and easy and can be made any night of the week.
I’ve been trying hard to stay low carb. I stray occasionally, but in general, I stay away from breads, rice, pasta and try to stick to healthy alternatives. Mostly, I eat a lot of veggies. But Pizza? Honestly the cauliflower and zucchini crust pizzas just don’t sound appetizing. I haven’t tried them, so maybe I should give them a chance. I just haven’t wanted to yet.
So, I used one of my older recipes and modified it to make this delicious and easy pizza. Just buy some sauce, or make your own. It doesn’t matter. The hardest part of the pizza on a low carb diet, is the dough itself. This dough is not exactly like a pizza dough, but you will be full with two slices and be satisfied and happy. Like I said, a happy little camper.
