Mango Dipping Sauce Recipe

Similar to a sweet & sour sauce, this mango dipping sauce can be used with fried wontons, egg rolls, or use in a stir fry like our Mango Chicken.

Mango Dipping Sauce

Serves 2 1/2 cups 2 1/2 cups

Ingredients

1/2 cup Chicken Broth 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
1 cup Dole's Orange Peach Mango Juice 1 cup Dole's Orange Peach Mango Juice
1/3 cup White Vinegar 1/3 cup White Vinegar
1/2 cup Sherry 1/2 cup Sherry
1/4 cup Sugar 1/4 cup Sugar
3 tablespoons Cornstarch 3 tablespoon Cornstarch

Directions

Step 1

Combine all ingredients into sauce pan. Heat on medium heat until it comes to a rolling boil. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Serve warm.
