Similar to a sweet & sour sauce, this mango dipping sauce can be used with fried wontons, egg rolls, or use in a stir fry like our Mango Chicken.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Dole's Orange Peach Mango Juice
- 1/3 cup White Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Sherry
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 3 tablespoons Cornstarch

Combine all ingredients into sauce pan. Heat on medium heat until it comes to a rolling boil. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Serve warm. |
