Penne with Sausage & Peppers

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 Italian Sausage Links (Cut up)
- 2 Mixed Bell Peppers (sliced)
- 1/2 cup White Wine
- 1 jar Marinara Sauce
- 1lb Penne Pasta
Directions
Step 1 | |
Start a pot of water to cook the penne pasta. | |

In large skillet, cook sausage and peppers in olive oil until sausage is browned. | |

Add white wine and cook for about 2 minutes. | |
Step 4 | |
Add the marinara sauce and heat until it starts to boil. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover and simmer until the pasta is ready. | |
Step 5 | |
Cook penne pasta according to package directions. Drain, but do not rinse, the pasta. Add to the sauce and combine well. Serve with Parmesan Cheese. |
