Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (can use other flavors of chocolate chips if desired)
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 dash Salt
Note
Note: Sauce can be refrigerated but will solidify. To melt, start by heating in the microwave for 20 seconds on power 3. Stir well and heat in microwave in 10 second intervals on power 3, stirring in between, until chocolate is melted. Do not over heat or the sauce will become grainy.

In small microwavable bowl heat cream on Power 3 in the microwave for 1 minute. Cream should be warm but not hot and not boiling. | |

Remove from microwave and stir for a couple minutes until all the chocolate chips are melted and the sauce is glossy. If chips don’t fully melt, heat in microwave for 10 more seconds on power 3. Stir in vanilla and salt. |
