Spinach is one of the perfect vegetables, eat as a salad, mix in with your pasta, or just cook it. This is my families favorite way to eat sautéed spinach. My son loves the little bit of gravy created with this recipe. So healthy and yet so good.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Garlic Olive Oil
- Spinach (As much as your pot will handle, about 1 pound)
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
Directions
Step 1 | |
In large stockpot, heat olive oil on medium heat and add as much spinach as you can. Cook on medium, stirring frequently, bringing the wilted spinach from the bottom to the top. Cook spinach for about 1 minute or until the spinach is reduced by 1/2. | |
Step 2 | |
Add the chicken broth and garlic salt and cook for about 3-5 more minutes, stirring continuously until the spinach is completely wilted. One full stockpot of spinach will likely make just enough for 4-6 servings. |
