- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1.5 cups Yellow Onions (diced)
- 2 tablespoons Poil
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard

- 1/2 cup Water

- 1/2 cup Red Wine
- 2 cups Sour Cream
Directions
Step 1 | |
Combine together beef, garlic salt, black pepper, worchestershire sauce and flour.
Step 2 | |
In large pan, heat oil. Add Beef and cook on high until beef is browned. Reduce heat to medium, add the onions and cook until onions are transluscent.
Step 3 | |
Add dry mustard, paprika, beef bouillon, water, Tapatio sauce, and red wine. Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
Step 4 | |
Cook on low, simmer, for 10-20 minutes. Usually I let this simmer while I wait for the noodles to cook.
Step 5 | |
Remove from heat and add sour cream. Serve immediately over noodles. |
My husband loves beef stroganoff (without mushrooms) and loves Tapatio. This recipe was created at his request since he really just wants to put Tapatio on EVERYTHING! Yes, he’ll put it on eggs, potatoes, beef, pork… it doesn’t matter. I guess I need to spice things up!
Enjoy!
