One of my favorites, Chia Pudding, turned into a creamy warm decadent dessert.
Yep, I’m back on the Chia bandwagon. Enjoy!
Warm Caramel Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 3 tablespoons Ghirardelli Caramel Sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
- 2/3 cups chia seeds

In a saucepan, bring the almond milk, coconut sugar, and caramel sauce just to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and chia seeds. Let set for 3 minutes. Stir well, making sure to distribute the chia seeds evenly. Let set for 10 minutes. Stir and serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers. Top with Caramel sauce, if desired. |
