What can I use in place of garlic powder. I don’t have any.

Do you have Garlic Salt? You could do 2 Tbl Garlic Salt and reduce the coarse salt to 1 Tbl. If you don’t have any garlic at all, you could substitute with onion powder. It won’t give the same flavor but will still be good. Or just omit it. Again, it’ll be a different flavor profile but it will work.

What’s a good substitute for cilantro?

Parsley. It’s similar but doesn’t have as much flavor. But it will work fine for a substitute.
