- 1 Package Korean Style Sweet Potato Starch Noodles
- 1 Large Bunch Taiwanese Spinach (cleaned & trimmed)
- 1/2 bunch Green Onions (1)
- 1/4 cup Light Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- Sesame Seeds (optional)
Directions
One of my favorite dishes at Korean restaurants. Probably because most Korean food is either super spicy or super sweet. This dish balances it all out.
I love trying to recreate restaurant dishes, sometimes with dramatic failure and sometimes with complete success. I’d call this one a complete success. It was so simple to create and tasted so good. I think you will love it.
