Out of this world Lobster tail from my big sister Suz’s sweetie Mike with his Smoked Lobster Tail.
New Years day dinner was Surf & Turf and this Lobster tail was incredible. Thank you Mike!
Smoked Lobster Tail
- Lobster Tail
- Olive OIl
|Preheat smoker to 200 degrees. Add a water pan, if available between the heat source and the lobster.|
|Rub olive oil around the open portion of the tail to keep moist. Slowly smoke directly on the grill for 2-3 hours. Serve with butter.|
