Need to indulge without the guilt? This is a simple and easy way to make your own potato chips with no oil. They bake in less than 10 minutes and are 10x better than any bagged chips you can get. I prefer to make them with Old Bay Seasoning, but they are delicious with just salt.

Need to indulge without the guilt? This is a simple and easy way to make your own potato chips with no oil. They bake in less than 10 minutes and are 10x better than any bagged chips you can get.
Ingredients
- Russet Potatoes
- Pam
- Seasoning (Salt, Old Bay, or other seasoning)
Directions
Step 1 | |
Preheat oven to 550 degrees.
Step 2 | |
Wash potatoes well and dry them. Slice the potatoes thin using a mandolin slicer or by hand (I did mine by hand).
Step 3 | |
Spray a cookie sheet with Pam. Sprinkle your seasoning onto the cookie sheet. Lay the thinly sliced potatoes on the cookie sheet. Spray the potatoes with Pam and sprinkle with seasoning.
Step 4 | |
Bake chips at 550 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until browned. Be careful, they will go from brown to burnt in 30 seconds.
Step 5 | |
Serve warm. |
