This is a simple, tasty and beautiful way to prepare broccoli. Pan Roasted is my favorite method for making broccoli. No boiled to death vegetables here!
Pan Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
- Salt & Pepper
- 1.5 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1.5 tablespoons Butter
- 2 heads Broccoli Crowns (washed and cut up)

In a stainless steel skillet, heat olive oil and butter on high heat until butter starts to melt (BE CAREFUL! DON'T LET THE BUTTER BURN! JUST HEAT IT UNTIL THE BUTTER STARTS TO MELT!). Add the broccoli and cook, stirring constantly, for a couple of minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. You will want to let the broccoli get a little browned. |
