Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Asparagus (cleaned and trimmed)
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce

Directions

Step 1
Heat on high in a medium sized pan (needs to be large enough for the asparagus to lay flat). Add the olive oil once the pan is hot.
Step 2
Lay down the asparagus into the pan and cook for about 3 minutes, keeping the asparagus moving so that it doesn't burn.
Step 3
Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Coat all the asparagus with the sauce.
Step 4
Continue to cook on high for another 2-3 minutes, moving the asparagus frequently to keep them from burning.
Step 5
Remove from heat and serve.
