Ingredients

  • 1 Banana (small-medium)
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 4 Frozen Strawberries
  • Milk
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon Vanilla

Directions

Step 1
Place all ingredients in a blender. For the milk, if you are using a Ninja, fill just below the max fill line. If you are using a regular blender, it is about 3/4 of a cup of milk. Blend until smooth. No ice needed as the frozen fruit and banana will make a nice thick consistency.


Most mornings I have some sort of eggs and vegetable skillet breakfast. But once in a while, I’ll want something different. I am trying to be low carb, and this really isn’t, but it’s all healthy fruits. Perfect for the mornings when you just need to get out the door quick without a lot of fuss.
