The name of this recipe says it all. An asparagus recipe made with herbs that is quick and perfect for your weeknight dinners.
In large skillet, heat olive oil and butter until butter is melted. Add the asparagus and cook, stirring constantly for about 1 minute to evenly coat the asparagus in the butter/oil. Add the herbs and continue cooking for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the water and cook for 1-2 more minutes, still being sure to keep the pan moving so as not to scorch the asparagus. When the asparagus is done to your liking (I prefer more al dente), remove, sprinkle lightly with salt and serve.
