Roasted Asparagus Recipe
A quick and simple asparagus recipe for every day cooking.
- 1 bunch Asparagus (washed and trimmed*)
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Basil
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- Pam Spray
- 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
* The easiest way to trim the asparagus is to bend the asparagus until it naturally breaks. That's will separate the tough base from the tender top.
|Season asparagus with all the ingredients except the pepper and the Pam spray. Spray a roasting pan with pam and lay the asparagus out onto the pan, giving a little room between each asparagus so that they aren't touching. Broil on low in the middle rack of the oven for 10 minutes. Season with pepper before serving. |
