Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients
- 1 bunch Asparagus (washed and trimmed*)
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Basil
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- Pam Spray
- 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
Note
* The easiest way to trim the asparagus is to bend the asparagus until it naturally breaks. That's will separate the tough base from the tender top.

Season asparagus with all the ingredients except the pepper and the Pam spray. Spray a roasting pan with pam and lay the asparagus out onto the pan, giving a little room between each asparagus so that they aren't touching. Broil on low in the middle rack of the oven for 10 minutes. Season with pepper before serving. |
