This is a delicious seafood mix that can be used as either an appetizer when served with crackers, for lunch or dinner on either a bed of lettuce or as a sandwich. Very easy to make and great for parties.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay (Divided 1/2 tsp + 1 tsp)
- 1/2 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2lb Salad Shrimp (Cooked)
- 1/2lb Imitation Crab
- 2 Celery Stalks (finely diced)
- 1/2 bunch Green Onions (finely chopped)
Directions

Mix together the mayonnaise, lemon, cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of old bay, dry yellow mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix together completely. | |

In separate bowl, break up the crab. Mix the crab and shrimp with an additional 1-teaspoon of old bay. Add the crab, shrimp, celery and green onion to the mayonnaise mixture. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, best if overnight. | |

Serve on crackers as an appetizer, on a bed of lettuce as a salad, or on a sandwich. |
