Smoked Salmon Stuffed Avocados
Ingredients
- 1 avocado (halved & pitted)
- 3oz smoked salmon
- 1oz cream cheese (softened)
- sea salt & black pepper

Sprinkle halved avocados with sea salt and ground black pepper. In a bowl, combine the smoked salmon and cream cheese. You can leave it chunky as shown, or mix it really well. I prefer to taste the salmon. Stuff the avocado halves with the salmon mixture and serve immediately. |
