A perfect side dish for more than just Chinese food. I love serving this with savory rice and roast pork. Fresh, green, healthy, delicious. Perfect.
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 bunch Broccolette (trimmed)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
|In small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil. Set aside|
|Heat skillet with olive oil on high. Add broccolette and cook on high, stirring constantly for about 2-3 minutes. Broccolette should become bright green. Add the sauce created in step 1 and cook for 1 minute more. Remove from pan and serve hot.|
