I have started to develop a fondness for kale, yes kale!!! This recipe is bright and cheerful and so very tasty.
Bright Sautéed Kale

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Garlic Olive Oil
- 1 heaped tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1lb Kale (washed and dried)
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 2 dashes Salt
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned Rice Vinegar

In a sauté pan, heat Garlic Olive Oil and Minced Garlic until garlic starts to sizzle. DO NOT BROWN. Add the Kale and chicken broth. Toss to coat and cook for about 2 - 3 minutes, tossing frequently to cook evenly. Remove from heat and add salt and seasoned rice wine vinegar. Toss and serve. |
