Bright Sautéed Kale Recipe

I have started to develop a fondness for kale, yes kale!!! This recipe is bright and cheerful and so very tasty.

Bright Sautéed Kale

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Garlic Olive Oil
  • 1 heaped tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1lb Kale (washed and dried)
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 dashes Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoned Rice Vinegar

Directions

Step 1
In a sauté pan, heat Garlic Olive Oil and Minced Garlic until garlic starts to sizzle. DO NOT BROWN. Add the Kale and chicken broth. Toss to coat and cook for about 2 - 3 minutes, tossing frequently to cook evenly. Remove from heat and add salt and seasoned rice wine vinegar. Toss and serve.
